Can I book in an agency?
No. Rentabl is a digital booking platform.
Can I rent for a wedding or event?
Yes. For several cars, code RENTABL10 gives a 10% discount.
How do I check availability?
Enter your dates on the vehicle page to see availability.
Can I add options?
Yes, available options are selected during booking.
Where can I see equipment?
Each vehicle page lists equipment and key specs.

How do I book?
Choose dates, vehicle, options and pay online.
Age and licence requirements?
A valid licence held for at least 3 years is required.
Which documents are required?
Driving licence, ID and recent proof of address.
Where do I pick up the car?
The pickup place and time are sent in the confirmation.
How does check-in work?
Inspection and contract signature are handled digitally.
Should I return the car clean?
Yes, return it in the same clean condition.
How does insurance work?
The owner keeps the vehicle insured.
How does the deposit work?
A card pre-authorization is requested before handover.
What mileage is included?
It depends on the vehicle and is shown on the listing.
Unlimited mileage?
It is not offered by default.
How can I cancel?

Is the deposit payment refundable?
It is non-refundable, with possible credit depending on timing.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, send an extension request to Rentabl.
Is delivery available?
If available, the delivery option appears during booking.

Contact the vehicle owner shown on the rental contract immediately.
